About My Practice

Picture

Thank you for visiting my website.    This site is here for our introduction and to provide a means through which we can communicate about your legal problems and solutions to those problems.

I use the term “problems” to describe what I do because that is the nature of my practice. That is, I work with people faced with situations that may end up in court before a judge or jury.

Most cases do not go that far.  That is because your adversary knows that your attorney is capable and prepared to do battle in the courtroom.  That is why your lawyer's experience and reputation are important.

I began practicing law in Arkansas in 1982.  I handle both civil and criminal cases throughout the state in federal and state courts as well as appeals from those courts.  I represent clients in administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies and boards.  If I am not in a position to help you with your problem, I will help you find an attorney who can.

I recognize that legal fees are a concern for most people who need legal help.  My fee is always reasonable and, in many cases, can be paid over a period of time.  Personal injury cases are normally taken on a contingency basis.  I do not charge a fee for our initial consultation.

I look forward to hearing from you.
